Job Title: Flutter/Firebase Architect- Insurance Domain

Location: Mumbai

Job Description:

Seeking a talented and experienced Flutter/Firebase Architect with expertise in the insurance domain to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. As a Flutter/Firebase Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust and scalable mobile applications for our insurance domain clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements, architect solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

- Architect Mobile Solutions: Design and architect scalable and high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Firebase for the insurance domain.

- Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team in implementing best practices, code reviews, and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.

- Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Solution Design: Create architectural designs, technical specifications, and solution documentation to guide the development team in building robust and scalable applications.

- Development: Hands-on development using Flutter and Firebase to implement key features and functionalities of the mobile applications.

- Code Quality: Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.

- Testing and Deployment: Work closely with QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure the quality of deliverables. Collaborate with DevOps teams for continuous integration and deployment.

- Technical Mentoring: Mentor and train junior developers in Flutter and Firebase best practices and technologies.

- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in mobile technologies, Flutter, Firebase, and the insurance domain to continuously improve our offerings.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Minimum of X years of experience in mobile application development using Flutter and Firebase.

- Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.

- Proven experience in architecting and building complex mobile applications for the insurance domain.

- Hands-on experience with Firebase services such as Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, etc.

- Proficiency in Dart programming language and familiarity with RESTful APIs.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
