Job Summary :

We seek an adept Senior SAP MM/PP/QM Functional Consultant to fortify our India Center of Excellence, ideally situated in Gurugram or Hyderabad. This role demands a minimum of 7 years of hands-on SAP MM, PP, and QM experience, with a proven track record in end-to- end global implementations.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional domain expertise, navigating the SAP S/4HANA cloud private edition landscape with finesse. Reporting to the Global ERP Lead, this role entails collaborative engagement with global functional teams, close coordination with the Global AMS partner, and steadfast adherence to governance frameworks and audit compliance.

Moreover, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in the Change Control Board (CCB), offering expert advice on reported issues and providing ERP solutions. This includes strategic guidance to maintain SAP ERP system health, aligning with evolving business needs, and championing a single instance with a single template for system integrity and longevity.

In addition to core SAP functionalities, proficiency in MRP, traceability, inventory management, and production processes is essential. A profound understanding of seed industry manufacturing, planning intricacies, and quality requirements for both USA and India regions will be highly valued.

Furthermore, expertise in designing Fiori tiles solutions tailored to global and regional financial functionalities is critical. Leveraging Fiori reporting tools, the candidate will empower stakeholders with intuitive access to real-time insights, enhancing decision-making processes and operational efficiency.

In essence, this role transcends conventional software implementation; it's about orchestrating operational excellence within a digital framework, ensuring proper master data management across all MM/PP/QM modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Participate in multiple end-to-end SAP MM/PP/QM implementation projects within the ERP organization.

- Collaborate with global and regional business teams to deliver tailored SAP MM/PP/QM solutions.

- Deep Knowledge of all master data components for MM,PP,QM modules.

- Configure and customize SAP MM, PP, and QM modules to meet business needs.

- Ensure seamless integration between SAP MM, PP, QM, and other modules.

- Provide expert guidance on best practices for SAP MM/PP/QM processes.

- Develop and enforce the MM/PP/QM framework, ensuring adherence by both ERP and business teams.

- Work closely with the Global AMS partner to deliver timely solutions.

- Ensure strict adherence to defined governance frameworks and support audit compliance.

- Conduct workshops and training sessions for business teams.

- Prepare and deliver high-quality documentation and reports.

- Resolve complex issues within the MM, PP, and QM domains, leveraging strong problem- solving skills.

- Offer flexibility to work with global functional teams across different time zones.

- Travel as required to support both USA and India operations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Science, Engineering, or related field from a premier institute.

- 7+ years of SAP MM/PP/QM functional experience.

- Proven experience with at least 3-4 end-to-end SAP MM/PP/QM implementation projects.

- Strong experience working with global clients.

- Excellent client-facing skills with strong verbal and written communication abilities.

- In-depth knowledge of integration between SAP MM, PP, QM, and other modules like SAP SD and SAP CO & related master data.

- Willingness to travel for short and long-term durations.
