Hiring for the largest Banking subsidiary in India.

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Master's Degree in Engineering preferred(B.E, B.Tech, ME, MCA, M.Sc) (UG in distance learning cant apply).

Location : Bangalore BTM Layout.

Responsibility :


Note : Sr. QA are assumed to have a solid understanding of the functionality of the applications(s) to which they are assigned and a solid understanding of and experience in testing processes.

Responsibilities :


- Sr. Engineer QA operate under the guidance of a Manager QA.

- Develop the test estimate for the assigned application.

- Review requirements for testability.

- Obtain necessary approvals in a timely manner as per project timelines.

- Review test assets with stakeholders as required by the project.

- Develop test approach/scope and depth of testing for system.

- Coordinate with assigned project resources to ensure proper manual/automation coverage for project.

- Provide input to Manager QA / Project on testing tasks and resource needs.

- Provide quality review of test cases and scripts.

- Oversee test execution, track, and report results, and ensure tests are completed.

- Oversee, develop, and review test assets as determined by the project.

- Execute tests and update results as per the agreed schedule.

- Resolve, report and escalate testing issues appropriately.

- Collect testing and environment needs from testers.

- Report and understand testing status as deemed appropriate by project.

- Coach, train and provide direction for testers as needed.

- Participate in testing process improvement efforts and contribute to CoE initiatives.

- Use our QA best practices and follow our established testing processes.

- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager QA / Project.

- Collect test assets evidence from the Vendor to quantify the issue (if any).

- Provide timely feedback on QA to Manager QA / Project.
