About the Role

We are seeking a creative and result-driven professional who can manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns and also produce high-quality video content. This role requires a mix of strategic marketing expertise and hands-on video editing skills to drive our brand's online presence, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop engaging content calendars for social media platforms and oversee posting.
  • Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare reports with insights.
  • Work on email marketing campaigns, retargeting strategies, and lead generation.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends and suggest innovative strategies.
  • Edit and produce engaging videos for ads, reels, YouTube, and other social platforms.
  • Add effects, transitions, text animations, and soundtracks to enhance videos.
  • Repurpose long-form content into short-form engaging clips.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for video content.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all media content.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2–4 years in Digital Marketing and Video Editing (combined or separate roles).
  • Technical Skills:
  • Digital Marketing: Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEO, Analytics tools.
  • Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience engagement strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred).
