Position Overview: Our client is seeking a talented Data Scientist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics, machine learning and statistical modeling. You will be responsible for developing analytical models to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets and drive data-informed decisions across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to telematics, production, service and warranty. Develop predictive models and machine learning algorithms to solve business problems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and analytical objectives. Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Conduct A/B testing and other validation methods to evaluate model performance. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in data science and analytics. Desired Profile: Bachelor s/Master s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in data science or a related analytical role. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or R for data analysis and modeling. Proficiency in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB). Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Grafana, Looker). Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud). Strong understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
