Our services include developing strategies, print media & graphic designing, website & funnel building, email marketing, conversion rate optimization, copywriting, and social media marketing.
Role Description
This is an internship role at GrowthScribe. As an Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, assisting in project management, and ensuring smooth workflow. This is a remote position that offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced growth marketing agency.
Day to Day responsibilities
- Work on Notion to document processes, create dashboards, and develop systems (training will be provided via videos or hands-on learning).
- Conduct regular research and log results in Google Sheets or Notion.
- Manage social media campaigns for GrowthScribe using tools like ChatGPT, Canva, and other AI tools. You’ll also collaborate with writers on some projects.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating strong self-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with project management tools is a bonus.
- You’ll work closely with Kartik (our CEO), so being able to take quick notes and efficiently execute tasks is essential.
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- 3-month internship, 8 hours a day, fully remote ₹3,000 - ₹6,000 per month based on your ability to quickly grasp concepts and eagerness to learn. Good performers are eligible for bonuses.
