Financial Strategy and Planning
- Develop and execute the financial strategy in alignment with business goals.- Provide strategic financial advice to the CEO and senior leadership team.- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, taxation, and treasury management.- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation to optimize business performance.- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Performance Analysis and Insights
- Analyze financial performance and prepare insightful reports for stakeholders.- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and financial policies.- Mitigate risks by implementing robust financial controls and governance frameworks.- Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Team Leadership and Development
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team.- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and innovation within the department.
Strategic Initiatives
- Evaluate investment opportunities, mergers, and acquisitions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product launches and market expansions.- Drive cost-efficiency projects and profitability improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Background: CA/CPA/MBA in Finance or a related field.- Experience: 10+ years in finance leadership roles, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods sector.- Strong knowledge of financial management systems, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.- Proven track record in managing large budgets and complex financial operations.- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
