Job desription:

  • Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter, preferably in the US market.
  • Strong knowledge in sourcing, screening, nagotiation, and onboarding formalities.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT roles, technologies, and technical skills.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) ceipal and other recruitment software like monster, LinkedIn, Dice, CB, Techfetch,....etc,.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
