Job Title: Enterprise Account Manager (Farming Sales)
Years of Experience: 5-8 years
Location: Electra Block, Exora Business Park, Kadubeesanahalli Village, Bengaluru.
Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Enterprise Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a candidate who excels in nurturing existing client relationships and meeting and exceeding assigned sales quotas through strategic account expansions. Focused on farming sales within the BFSI sector, the Enterprise Account Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying and closing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
What will you do?
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing clients.
Understand clients' business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Account Growth and Development:
Develop and implement account plans to achieve and surpass sales quotas.
Lead and close renewals aiming for an annual sales increase, identifying and closing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.
Collaborate with the product and delivery teams to explore new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Strategic Planning:
Analyse account performance and market trends to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and execute strategies focused on exceeding sales targets while ensuring profitability.
Stay abreast of industry developments to provide clients with innovative solutions.
Communication and Reporting:
Communicate account status, progress, and key metrics to internal stakeholders.
Prepare regular reports on account activity, sales forecasts, and client satisfaction.
Issue Resolution:
Address and resolve client issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve challenges.
Sales Quota Expectations:
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Maintain a pipeline sufficient to meet and surpass targets.
Employ effective sales strategies to navigate long sales cycles within the enterprise segment.
What is expected from an individual?
Experience :
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on farming sales.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales quotas, with a track record of growing accounts.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Results-driven with a strategic mindset.
Familiarity with CRM software.
Team Collaboration:
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure client success.
Industry Knowledge:
Understanding of the BFSI sector and market trends.
