LOCATION :- Bangalore
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
B.E./B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESUnderstand stakeholder request and establish scope of workEvaluate circuits, electrical components, electronic components, PCB assembly bill of material etc. for the products under studyDis-assemble products and PCB assemblies systematically for comparative study, alternate parts, obsolescence and part cost data analysisPerform basis electrical and electronics testing for power, communication and data componentsPrepare sample for functional test and material characterizationGenerate schematics data using the tear down information on PCB assemblies and electrical / electronics testing informationProvide Technical support, root cause failure analysis and problem-solving assistance on manufacturing or quality issues
Desirable:Experience in A-priori Should costing toolExperience in electrical & mechanical design consideration for electrical and electromechanical product development in industrial / aerospace / automotive / medical / energy domainHands on experience for tearing apart assemblies / sub-assemblies of electromechanical parts, PCB assemblies and Electronic circuits designExperience in manufacturing operations for PCB assemblies, electrical productsHands on experience for tearing apart assemblies / sub-assemblies of electromechanical partsExperience in manufacturing operations such as stamping, molding, machining & coatingHands on experience in electrical and electronic testing of components, assemblies, and productsGood Conceptual, problem solving and Analytical Skills.Should be Self-Motivated, Adaptive, Passionate about results and a Good Team PlayerStrong Interpersonal & stake holder management skillDemonstrated Experience of working in a fast paced and changing environment with tight deadlinesKnowledge of Global Certifications and Regulatory Standards (UL, IEC, MIL etc.) is an advantage.
