Dear Candidate, We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Legal & Tax ComplianceOfficer to manage statutory, regulatory, and tax-related compliance for ourorganization. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, updatedknowledge of Indian tax laws, and the ability to coordinate seamlessly withinternal teams and external authorities.Key ResponsibilitiesTax Compliance & AdvisoryPrepare and file GST returns, TDS returns, and other statutory tax filings.Ensure timely payment of GST, TDS, Advance Tax, and other applicable taxes.Support in tax audits, assessments, and responding to notices from authorities.Assist in tax planning, compliance reviews, and process improvements.Legal & Regulatory ComplianceEnsure compliance with Companies Act, labour laws, and other regulatory requirements.Maintain statutory registers, records, and documentation.Coordinate for ROC filings,board resolutions, and secretarial compliance.Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.Internal Controls & DocumentationReview agreements, vendor Contracts, and internal policies for legal compliance.Support internal audits and ensure implementation of corrective actions.Maintain accurate records for statutory and tax-related documentation.Cross-Functional SupportWork closely with Finance, HR, and Operations for compliance alignment.Provide advisory inputs on new regulations and policy changes.✅ Skills & CompetenciesMust be qualified CA inter/CAMinimum experience should be 2 yearsStrong understanding of Direct & Indirect Tax lawsKnowledge of corporate legal complianceExcellent analytical & documentation skillsProficiency in MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and compliance toolsAbility to handle audits, assessments & statutory queriesInterested candidates please forward your resume to Regards,Priya Rajan
