There will also be a short assignment for this role for shortlisted candidates.
Assignment: Choose from one of the following art forms- Kalamkari, Pichwai, Gond or Phad painting and create an informational video explaining an interesting fact about the art form under 30 seconds. The video needs to be aesthetically pleasing, engaging with a strong focus on storytelling. Along with that, the video needs to have a clear and convincing CTA. The dimensions of the video need to be 9:16.
Stipend: 5000 INR per month
Location: Remote
We are looking for someone with a deep-rooted love for art and culture, and the passion to make a difference in the lives of artists and artisans by empowering them with technology.
What you will work on
Youtube, Instagram and facebook: Assisting with research and video creation for youtube, instagram and facebook including long form content
Research and copywriting for different art styles, artists and artworks working with our network of traditional artists, to come up with interesting ideas for posts for social media which will help to engage audiences
Assist with digital & creative projects, including photography, graphic design, etc and photo and video shoots of various products (art kits, paintings, festive collection etc) whenever possible
Other Creative graphics, reels for Instagram and helping manage some of our artisan social media accounts
Work on influencer marketing strategy and social media engagement strategy when required
Requirements
Great communicator (both written and verbal)
Current undergraduate or postgraduate student
Ability to create good videos and good design
Previous experience (work or education) related to content, communication, marketing is a plus
Entrepreneurial with initiative and drive to have ownership on all tasks
A passion to spread the 'Idea of India' globally and in India to make a difference in the lives of artists and artisans
Experience in design is a plus
Available immediately for a period of 4 months from March'25 to June'25
