Studio Autumn is a full-service interior design firm based out of Bangalore. We take up design and execution(Turnkey) for residential interior projects. Believing that design impacts our lives in ways subtle and overt, we aim at creating spaces that are soulful, purpose-driven and timeless.

Experience

- 4+ Years of experience as a Project Manager in the field of Interior design.(Preferably Residential interiors)

Educational Background

- Bachelor’s Degree in Project management, Interior design, Architecture or related fields.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop a detailed project excution plan with timeline and milestones, share it with all stakeholders and monitor progress on a daily basis.- Build relationships with Client, Contractors and Suppliers and coordinate with everyone to ensure design integrity and project specifications.- Regular site inspections and quality checks ensuring the project execution is flawless.- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget and final deliverables meet quality expectations.- Collaborate with designers and internal teams for sampling and design related requirements.- Negotiate with suppliers and tackle on-site challenges.- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Key Skills

- Project Management: Ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects from conception through completion. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources.- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, vendors, contractors, and team members.- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle unexpected issues and make decisions that keep projects on track.- Technical Skills: Proficiency with design software (e.g., AutoCAD) and project management tools. (Gaant charts, using project mgt softwares like asana etc…)- Attention to Detail: Precision in ensuring design and project specifications are met.
