We are rapidly evolving into an AI-first engineering organization , with teams using cutting-edge tools like Cursor, Claude Code, n8n, LangChain , and internal agentic systems to deliver fast, scalable, high-quality results. We’re now expanding our new AI Automation Team and looking for a motivated Junior AI Automation Engineer who is excited to build AI-driven workflows, automations, and internal tools that improve efficiency for both our clients and our internal teams. This is a rare opportunity to get in early and build the future of how AI and software coexist. What You’ll Do Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n, Make, Zapier, or custom scripts Use LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.) to create AI-driven tools for summarization, classification, enrichment, and workflow automation Work with internal AI agents to orchestrate multi-step tasks (email → API → DB → Slack → reporting) Build small RAG systems (vector DBs, embeddings, retrieval pipelines) Experiment with the latest AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Agents, LangChain) and share findings with the team Develop internal prototypes that streamline operations, reduce manual work, or act as MVPs for client solutions Document workflows, create diagrams, and ensure reliability with error handling and monitoring Collaborate with engineering, PM, and leadership on AI strategy and automation ideas What We’re Looking For You don’t need to be an expert — just smart, hungry to learn, and comfortable experimenting with new technologies. Minimum requirements: Strong foundational skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript Curiosity about LLMs, AI agents, and automation tooling Basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON data structures Ability to break down problems and build step-by-step workflows Solid communication skills and willingness to document work Comfortable learning fast in a dynamic AI-first environment Bonus Skills (Nice to Have, Not Required) Experience with n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar workflow builders Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other agent frameworks Understanding of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, PGVector) Exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) Experience with Google Workspace API, Slack API, Notion API, HubSpot API, etc. Background in backend engineering or automation scripting Experience with AI coding tools like Cursor or Claude Code Tools We Use n8n, Make, Zapier – automation workflows OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, vector DBs – AI pipelines Cursor, Claude Code – AI-accelerated development environment ClickUp – project/sprint management Slack – team communication Hubstaff – productivity/time tracking Why Join Valari Solutions Be part of an AI-first engineering team and build real-world automations Work directly with leadership and contribute to AI strategy Opportunity to work on Valari Venture Studios internal products Potential long-term opportunities and equity participation in Venture Studio products Fast-paced environment with huge room for growth Work remotely in India with flexible hours Compensation Competitive, based on skill and potential.
