WHOM ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for an HR Intern with a focus on recruitment to support our Talent Acquisition team at Treelife. This role is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in recruiting and talent acquisition processes, working closely with the HR team to attract, screen, and onboard top talent for various organizational roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist with sourcing candidates through various channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and assist in drafting job descriptions.- Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for critical roles.- Contribute to the development of strategies to attract passive talent.- Support the HR team in maintaining recruitment databases and records.- Assist with administrative tasks related to onboarding new hires.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn about recruitment and HR processes.- Familiarity with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed is a plus.- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
