The candidate should be able to -

  • independently on setting up complex surveys in Q and SPSS
  • on complex setups using Q and SPSS
  • custom setups and solutions R and JScript in
  • the client in more effective ways of processing/analyzing the data
  • and train the team on Q, including best practices and more effective ways of coding.
  • the material provided by client to identify gaps that can create challenges in analyzing the data or missing metrics
  • program from the team to identify short comings and missed scenarios
  • able to debug scripts and code written by other analysts
  • able to analyze data (excel, SPSS, SQL) to identify data issues and the source of the issue.
  • Client’s standards and processes
  • processes and best practices for the team
