Group IT Change Manager The Group IT Change Manager will design and deliver a global IS Change Managementprocess, working with global IT leaders to ensure it is fit for purpose, measurable, andoperational. This role involves leading the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and drivingprocess efficiency and effectiveness improvements. • Own and lead the delivery of a global Change Management process based on ITIL bestpractices, ensuring it is fit for purpose and operational.• Chair regular CAB meetings, ensuring timely decisions on normal and emergency changes.• Set up and report on agreed KPIs and metrics to measure the effectiveness of the ChangeManagement process.• Ensure continued maturity of Change Management through stakeholder feedback andKPI/metrics review.• Drive process efficiency and effectiveness improvements through continual improvementand the use of standard change requests.• Work with key IT partners to ensure third-party changes are logged and reviewedeffectively.• Conduct change reviews to capture lessons learned from failed, emergency, and otherperiodic changes, ensuring actions are logged and tracked. • Change Management Process: Own and lead the delivery of a global ChangeManagement process based on ITIL best practices.• CAB Leadership: Chair regular CAB meetings, ensuring timely decisions on normaland emergency changes.• KPI and Metrics: Set up and report on agreed KPIs and metrics to measure theeffectiveness of the Change Management process.• Process Maturity: Ensure continued maturity of Change Management throughstakeholder feedback and KPI/metrics review.• Efficiency Improvements: Drive process efficiency and effectiveness improvementsthrough continual improvement and the use of standard change requests.• Third-Party Changes: Work with key IT partners to ensure third-party changes arelogged and reviewed effectively.• Change Reviews: Conduct change reviews to capture lessons learned from failed,emergency, and other periodic changes, ensuring actions are logged and tracked.• Process Integration: Collaborate with process owners such as Incident and ProblemManagement to ensure seamless integration between processes.• Documentation and Training: Provide process documentation, training, andconsultation to support governance, compliance, and understanding of ChangeManagement across the global IT community.• Stakeholder Management: Manage complex stakeholders and lead initiatives acrossmultiple functions and teams.• Global Compliance: Ensure global compliance with the Change Managementprocess across the IS community. • ITIL Intermediate desired or relevant Change Management qualification and experience.• Ability to self-organize and proactively initiate work actions.• Ability to support others in driving actions to completion.• Confidently challenge constructively when appropriate and support others in doing thesame.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical concerns at all levels ofbusiness.• Ability to encourage collaboration across teams and manage complex stakeholders.• Demonstrable evidence of working effectively as part of a team.• Ability to lead IT Change Management for a global organization.• to manage others and global-reaching processes.• Strong analytical skills to assess change impacts and develop effective solutions.• Ability to identify and resolve issues related to Change Management processes.• Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and environments.• Proficiency in using Change Management tools and software.• Experience in managing Change Management projects from initiation to completion.• Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with changes.• Strong customer service orientation to ensure stakeholder satisfaction.• Ability to innovate and implement new Change Management strategies and practices. • Demonstrable experience developing and leading ITIL Change Managementprocesses.• Experience driving process conformity and ensuring adherence to establishedstandards.• Change Authority: Experience acting as IT Change Authority for an organizationwith over 10,000 geographically dispersed employees.• Strong communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports andpresentations.• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders and lead initiatives acrossmultiple functions and teams.• Demonstrable evidence of working effectively as part of a team.• Ability to lead IT Change Management for a global organization, managingprocesses that span multiple regions and time zones.• Experience in driving process efficiency and effectiveness improvements throughcontinual improvement initiatives.• Experience in providing process documentation, training, and consultation tosupport governance, compliance, and understanding of Change Management.• Familiarity with Incident and Problem Management processes and theirintegration with Change Management.• Change Reviews: Experience conducting change reviews to capture lessonslearned and ensure continuous improvement.
