Job Summary:

We are seeking a bold and visionary
Graphic Designer
to join Thinkhat Venture Studios at the intersection of life sciences, healthcare, and cutting-edge design. This role goes beyond aesthetics—it's about shaping the
visual narrative of breakthrough ventures
at a high-velocity inflection point. The ideal candidate will bring cinematic storytelling, futuristic design sensibilities, and the ability to transform complex scientific and economic concepts into unforgettable investor experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the executive team to design
    high-stakes investor decks and presentations
    .
  • Translate
    complex biotech, AI SaaS, and financial concepts
    into visuals that are clear, compelling, and visually striking.
  • Develop
    custom illustrations, infographics, and iconography
    (no templates or stock shortcuts).
  • Ensure every design projects
    confidence, momentum, and sophistication
    aligned with our high-tech identity.
  • Work iteratively with leadership to refine and elevate design output.
  • Maintain brand integrity while building a
    sci-fi-inspired, futuristic design language
    unique to Thinkhat.
  • Integrate
    motion graphics and AI-powered design tools
    to push creative boundaries.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in
    graphic design
    , with a strong focus on presentations and visual storytelling.
  • Advanced skills in
    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects)
    and
    Figma
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Keynote and PowerPoint
    for high-quality investor decks.
  • Hands-on experience with
    Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D tools
    for futuristic visuals.
  • Strong grasp of
    typography, layout, and color theory
    .
  • Experience with
    motion graphics/video editing
    (Premiere Pro) and
    AI-powered prototyping tools
    (MidJourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion).
  • Portfolio demonstrating
    cinematic aesthetics, bold use of color, and ability to simplify complexity
    .
  • Experience designing for
    startups, venture capital, or high-tech sectors
    (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving, creativity, and ability to thrive in
    fast-paced, high-velocity environments
    .
