Specialist Software Engineer -4+ yrs Oracle Integration CloudProfile Required:Should have 4 to 7 years of Oracle HCM cloud with at least 2 end to end implementation experience, Techno functional professional who understands solutions, industry best practices, well coordination with the clients, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family. Operates independently to provide quality work products to an engagement. Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment and technology to meet customer needs. Should act as the Techno functional consultant on Oracle HCM projects. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and configures detailed solutions for complex projects.Roles & Responsibilities:In-depth understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud data model on Core HR, Absences and OTL modulesExpected to have good articulation and presentation skills in both verbal and writtenThe candidate must have Techno expertise on the below modules/tools/scripts:Good Understanding of Core HR, Absences and OTL processesExpertise in Oracle Data Model and Data flow between various business processes related Core HR, Absences and OTLExpert in Oracle HCM SQLsExpert in reports development (BIP & OTBI)Process notification creation using reportsDocumentation - Maintain detailed technical documents.Troubleshooting & Support : Raising SR, Coordination with Oracle on issue resolution, Assist in the identification and resolution of complex reportsGood to have skills:Agile Methodology of working, Jira BoardKnowledge on HCM ExtractsShould have completed at least 2 projects in the modules mentioned above as mandatory skills and should be an independent contributorThe candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops.Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management. Interact with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverablesWilling to work in shifts, if required in future.
