Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Program Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various projects and their respective governance, ensuring efficient and successful delivery. Your primary focus will be on lease administration, space allocation, and creating comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making. As a Program Manager, you will possess exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage multiple projects and their respective governance, ensuring adherence to timelines, and quality standards. Oversee lease administration activities, documentation, and compliance. Direct space allocation efforts, optimizing space utilization and maximizing operational efficiencies. Create comprehensive reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making and drive performance improvements. Coordinate various initiatives across departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Foster effective people interaction through strong interpersonal skills, collaborating with cross-functional teams and client representatives. Proactively identify project risks and implement risk mitigation strategies. Monitor and evaluate project performance, tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry best practices and market trends to continuously enhance project management capabilities.Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within the commercial real estate industry. Proficiency in lease administration, including lease interpretation, documentation, and compliance. Demonstrated experience in managing space allocation projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create comprehensive reports. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective people interaction and collaboration. Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple initiatives, ensuring successful project execution. Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in Business Administration or related field. Professional certification in project management (PMP) or related field. Experience with real estate portfolio management software and systems. Knowledge of sustainability practices and initiatives in the commercial real estate industry.
