Job Role : Dev Ops – Implementation LeadExperience : 10+ YearsLocation : Mumbai (Onsite)About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Dev Ops Implementation Lead to spearhead the design, implementation, and optimization of Dev Ops practices across the organization. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience to streamline software delivery, automate workflows, and ensure high system reliability.Key Responsibilities:Lead the implementation and management of Dev Ops practices , CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools across development and operations teams.Design, deploy, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth application deployment and continuous integration.Implement and manage infrastructure-as-code (Ia C) solutions using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Cloud Formation.Drive monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies for system performance, availability, and security.Ensure adherence to Dev Ops best practices , security standards, and compliance requirements.Mentor and guide junior Dev Ops engineers, fostering a culture of automation and continuous improvement.Evaluate and recommend new Dev Ops tools and technologies to enhance operational efficiency.Troubleshoot complex system issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime.Key Skills and Qualifications:10+ years of experience in Dev Ops, Cloud, or IT operations roles.Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git Lab CI, or Azure Dev Ops.Expertise in cloud platforms – AWS, Azure, GCP – including compute, networking, and storage.Hands-on experience with automation and configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef, Terraform).Strong scripting/programming skills in Python, Bash, or Power Shell.Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker, Kubernetes.Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack).Excellent problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.Proven track record of leading Dev Ops implementations and teams in enterprise environments.
