Summary: We at Motherson are Business Analysts for UiPath RPA Tool. We are looking for candidates with an experience of about 4-6 years in working with UiPath, preferably in manufacturing domain.


Role: RPA Business Analyst


Location: SMR Corporate Office, Sector 127, Noida (Work from Office) Experience: 4-6 Years


Job Description: As an RPA Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business processes and technology solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze, design, and implement RPA solutions that enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to ensure successful RPA implementations.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis: - Work closely with business users to understand their needs, pain points, and existing processes. - Elicit and document detailed requirements for RPA projects. - Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.

2. Process Mapping and Design: - Create process flow diagrams, user stories, and functional specifications. - Collaborate with development teams to design RPA workflows. - Define acceptance criteria for RPA deliverables.

3. Solution Development: - Assist in configuring RPA tool (UiPath). - Collaborate with developers to build and test RPA bots. - Ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

4. Testing and Quality Assurance: - Conduct unit testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for RPA solutions. - Identify and resolve defects. - Validate that RPA bots meet business requirements.

5. Change Management and Deployment: - Support change management activities related to RPA implementations. - Coordinate deployment and post-implementation support. - Train end-users on using RPA bots effectively.

  • Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Certification in RPA (such as UiPath Certified RPA Associate) is a plus. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. - Experience with process modelling and workflow automation tools. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
