Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing our influencer marketing strategy, establishing and nurturing relationships with influencers, and driving brand awareness and engagement through innovative campaigns. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, has a keen understanding of the influencer landscape, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and brand objectives.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) for influencer campaigns and ensure they are met.

Influencer Identification & Outreach:

  • Research and identify potential influencers across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) who align with our brand values and target audience.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships, and ensuring successful collaboration.

Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and manage influencer campaigns from conception to completion.
  • Coordinate content creation, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Content Strategy & Development:

  • Collaborate with influencers to develop engaging content that resonates with our audience and promotes our products/services.
  • Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all influencer content.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, including reach, engagement, and ROI.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the influencer marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and maximized ROI.
  • Negotiate contracts and compensation with influencers.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the marketing, social media, and PR teams to align influencer activities with broader marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing.
