Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Kolkata. As a Telesales Specialist, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as customer service, communication, sales, customer support, and training. You will play a crucial role in promoting our products and providing excellent service to our customers.
Responsibilities
Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.
Convert leads for the company through telephonic conversations
Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue
Update customers about new product launches
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
Liaise with the concerned department regarding customer queries and complaints
Qualifications
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Proven track record in sales
Experience in customer support
Ability to provide training to customers
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of drones and drone based services is a plus
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
