Weare looking for a talented Design Engineer who can turn designsinto reality to join our team in Goa. In this role youll play avital role in designing highquality solar power systems forresidential C&I and industrial projects. Youll collaborateclosely with project managers engineers and other team members toensure projects meet client specifications industry standards andbudgetconstraints.

Ifyou have 46 years of experience in designing PV Projects yieldestimation creating layouts SLDs and electrical calculations.

Ifyou re proficient in creating site layouts electrical system designyield estimation regulatory approvals etc.

Ifyou specialize in designing MW scale PV plant LV and HVsystems.

KeyResponsibilities include leading the team to accomplish thefollowingtasks.

Prepareelectrical designs and calculations complying with relevantregulations safety standards and industry best practices and energyyield estimation using relevantSoftware.

Conductsite visits/site survey to support site evaluation and feasibilitysuitability and due diligenceefforts.

Performaccurate system sizing calculations Plant Array Layout Single LineDiagrams Structure Drawings Construction Drawings and as builtdrawings for SolarProjects.

Musthave knowledge of IS/IEC codes and specifications needed for thedesigning and execution of solar PVprojects.

DesignCalculation for equipment sizing cable sizing earthing calculationDC Loss analysis and calculations of Bill of Material (BOM) / Billof Quantities (BOQ).

SolarAssessment like Generation Estimation ShadowAnalysis.

Responsiblefor operational level understanding of the requirement of theclient/customer.

Coordinatewith internal functions like Business Development and Procurementetc. for all technical specifications. Communicate with vendorssubcontractors and thirdparty engineering firms throughout projectdevelopment andimplementation.

Overseeingproject execution. End to end execution of solar projects andservice support. Visit job sites for project developmentinstallation progressetc.

JobSpecifications:

TechnicalSkills: AutoCADPVsyst Sketchup Solar Labs to prepareproject energy yield assessments and desktop reports. Zoho Suite ismandatory Calendar Management MS Office/GoogleSuite.

Experiencein Solar power plant design of minimum 50 kw (RCC roof top shedmount) experience with lowtensile

Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering

1.Learn all tech systems and product/service offerings to beeffective in theposition

2.Familiarize yourself with Reneviks design processes tools andsoftware (e.g. Zoho Suite AutoCAD PVsyst). Shadow senior designengineers on existing projects to understand workflows and bestpractices for various project types (residential C&Iindustrial).

3.Understand the entire business process & processflow.

1.Independently design and develop and produce accurate and efficientsolar system design layouts for assigned projects.

2. Providetechnical support to sales and marketing teams as needed explainingdesign features and benefits toclients.

3.Establish working relationships with keyteam members across departments andstakeholders

1.Independentlyfinalize detailed solar PV system designs including electricalschematics and singlelinediagrams.

2.Implementstrategies to mitigate project risks and ensure project qualitystandards aremet.

3. Beginexploring advanced design concepts such as battery storageintegration or building integrated photovoltaics(BIPV).
