Job Summary : We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with a proven track record of running successful digital advertising campaigns in a startup environment. This person will own the end-to-end management of our paid marketing channels, driving traffic, conversions, and overall business growth through data-driven advertising strategies. You will be responsible for creating, managing, optimizing, and analyzing digital ad campaigns across multiple platforms to ensure ROI and KPI targets are met.
Key Responsibilities : Paid Advertising Management : Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram, and other PPC channels.
Campaign Strategy & Execution : Develop and manage ad strategies to support lead generation, brand awareness, and customer acquisition goals.
Performance Analysis : Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize ad spend and improve ROI.
A/B Testing : Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting.
Ad Budgeting : Manage and optimize advertising budgets across channels to maximize performance and efficiency.
Remarketing : Build and manage retargeting campaigns to increase customer engagement and conversion rates.
Collaboration : Work with design, content, and product teams to create compelling ad creatives and messaging.
Reporting & Analytics : Provide regular reports and dashboards on key metrics (CTR, CPA, CPC, ROAS) using Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other reporting tools.
Ad Optimization : Continuously analyze and adjust bids, keywords, ad placements, and targeting to improve performance.
Customer Segmentation : Develop and refine customer personas and audience targeting to improve ad relevance and engagement.
Staying Current : Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising, marketing technologies, and platforms.
Required Skills : Hands-on Expertise in Digital Ads : Deep experience in managing large-scale PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, etc.).
Paid Social & Search : Strong knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and paid search (Google Ads, Bing Ads).
Data-Driven : Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using platforms like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and SEMrush for reporting and optimization.
Ad Optimization : Expertise in optimizing ads through bid management, audience segmentation, and A/B testing.
Budget Management : Experience managing multi-channel ad budgets with a focus on maximizing ROI.
Creative Copy & Design Collaboration : Ability to collaborate on ad creative with design and content teams to ensure high-performing ad campaigns.
Remarketing & Retargeting : Experience building effective retargeting campaigns to engage users across channels.
Proficiency with Ad Platforms : Familiarity with tools like Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and conversion tracking setups.
Preferred Qualifications : Startup experience, with a proven track record of driving growth through digital ads.
Experience with programmatic advertising and display networks.
Knowledge of SEO principles and how they integrate with paid advertising.
Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).
Experience with influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or partnerships is a plus.
Familiarity with UX/UI optimization and landing page testing.
