Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Associate to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our clients to support them in preparing comprehensive business plans, developing robust financial models, and conducting in-depth research into international markets. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of analytical prowess, financial acumen, and a passion for driving business success.



Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, financial needs, and growth strategies.
  • Assist in the preparation of detailed business plans, financial forecasts, and investment memorandums.
  • Develop complex financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, assess risk, and forecast financial performance.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of international markets, identifying key trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and market dynamics across various sectors to inform decision-making and client advisory


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or management consulting.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and investment analysis.
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Solid understanding of international markets, including geopolitical risks, regulatory frameworks, and cultural nuances.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
