This role requires strategic planning, strong leadership, and excellent stakeholder management skills to drive operational excellence and business growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the delivery teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects. Handled at least 200+ member team with at least 22+ years of experience.Develop and implement delivery strategies aligned with organizational goals.Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues proactively.Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and compliance requirements.Collaborate with sales and business development teams to support new opportunities.Manage resource planning, capacity, and skill development within the delivery team.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery efficiency and effectiveness.Prepare and present delivery reports and dashboards to senior management.Qualifications & Skills:Proven experience in delivery management, preferably in (industry/sector).Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.If your profile matches this requirement kindly share CV to Deepika on
