Banrboard , we are revolutionizing outdoor advertising by connecting businesses with premium banner spaces across the country. We are on the lookout for a dynamic and skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and help companies discover the perfect ad spaces for their campaigns.

Job Summary:We are seeking a proactive and confident professional who is proficient at communicating effectively in English and Hindi (proficiency in South Indian languages is a plus). The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to companies in need of billboard advertising, building relationships, and guiding them through our platform to find the most suitable ad spaces for their campaigns.

Key Job Responsibilities:Outbound Communication: Call potential vendors (companies and agencies) to introduce Banrboard’s services and explain the platform’s benefits. Follow up with leads to ensure continued interest and resolve any queries.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand their advertising needs. Serve as a point of contact for existing and prospective clients, ensuring satisfaction and timely responses.Platform Assistance: Guide users through the platform, helping them identify and book the most suitable ad spaces. Provide assistance with profile setup, inquiries, and troubleshooting as needed.Market Insight Collection: Gather feedback from users to improve platform offerings and services. Stay updated on trends in the outdoor advertising space.Reporting: Maintain detailed records of calls, client interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.

Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.Mandatory: Fluent in English and Hindi (spoken and written).Preferred: Proficiency in one or more South Indian languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam).Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer relationship management. Exposure to advertising or marketing industries is a plus.

Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
