Role Description

We are seeking a diligent Video Editor for a full-time remote position. As a Video Editor, you will play a crucial role in assisting with various aspects of video production, including editing, color grading, motion graphics, and graphic creation. Responsibilities include organizing footage, managing file imports and exports, trimming video content, color correction, and preparing final files for export. Additionally, you will be responsible for uploading content to diverse platforms.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist with video production, editing, color grading, motion graphics, and graphic creation.
  • Organize footage, import and export files, and manage media assets.
  • Cut, trim, and edit video footage as per project requirements.
  • Perform color correction to enhance visual appeal.
  • Prepare final files for export and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Upload content to various platforms efficiently.



Qualifications

  • Proficiency in video production and video editing.
  • Experience with video color grading and motion graphics.
  • Strong skills in graphic creation.
  • Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely with a keen attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in filmmaking, television, or related fields is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's degree or currently enrolled in a film, television, or related program, or equivalent experience.

  • Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard video production techniques.
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
