Programming Languages

Responsibilities:

 Device Configuration w.r.t. supply order specifications

 Network Topology in TIA Portal V15.1 onwards for remote devices line Siemens Interface Modules, Variable Frequency Drives, HMI, Third Party Devices over Modbus Protocols like Serial, TCP/IP etc.

 Table/Assembly Shop Testing as Proof of Concept

 Review of Off-Line PLC & HMI Programming with Junior / assigned Engineer

 Identification, Troubleshooting, Debugging of PLC/HMI/SCADA Codes on field

 Participate in DAP with Customer

 Strong Co-Ordination to communicate successive progression of Field Work with Project Managers

 Educate, Train & Develop Junior Colleagues

 Provide technical support to customers

 Preparation / Review of Operations & Maintenance Manuals

 Supportive role to Project Management team to Hand Over Site for production to customer

 Parameterization of Variable Frequency Drives (VFD), Servo Amplifiers etc.

 Frequent travelling on field is part of Job Profile (80% travelling, 20% In Factory)
