Base Location: Siliguri
About the Role:
The Audit Executive will be responsible for conducting field audits, verifying loan documents, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and monitoring disbursements & collections related to E-Rickshaw financing. The role requires strong attention to detail, field visits, and coordination with collection & credit teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field audits for E-Rickshaw loan files and verify customer KYC, loan documents, and physical assets.
- Ensure disbursements are made to genuine customers/vendors and as per company policy.
- Perform surprise branch/field audits on loan files, disbursement records, and collection receipts.
- Identify irregularities, fraud, or policy deviations and report immediately to higher management.
- Verify collateral documents and ensure proper custody of files.
- Coordinate with collection and credit teams for risk assessment and monitoring.
- Prepare and submit audit reports with clear findings and corrective action plans.
- Ensure strict compliance with RBI/Regulatory norms and company SOPs.
- Support in implementing internal controls and process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any
- 1–3 years of experience in Audit/Compliance/Field Verification (NBFC/Banking sector preferred).
- Knowledge of loan documentation, collection process, and audit techniques.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional language).
- Willingness to travel extensively for field audits.
