Qualifications:

  • Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or Postgraduate qualification.
  • 0–1 year of experience in hospitality or travel (Freshers can apply).
  • Good communication skills and fluency in English.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer around 50 customer calls per day in a professional manner.
  • Understand customer needs and suggest the best holiday home options.
  • Give correct and complete information about holiday homes and services.
  • Solve customer problems and complaints quickly and politely.
  • Follow up with customers to make sure their issues are fully resolved.
  • Build good relationships with customers through clear and helpful communication.
  • Work well with your team and be open to learning new things.
  • Pay attention to details and make sure all information is accurate.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
