Requisition Description

  • Responsible for managing overall IT day to day operations
  • Implement IT continuous improvement programs
  • Ensure the infrastructure team is mitigating, monitoring and managing infrastructure related risks
  • Thorough knowledge of various operating systems, virtual infra and network infra.
  • Managing technology infrastructure and assets at across locations and coordinate with team to maintain and support company's technology hardware and software.
  • Good Knowledge of Exchanges NSE and BSE IT related.
  • Building relationships with vendors and service providers
  • Leading efforts to research and pilot new technology to improve Infrastructure service
  • Assisting in analyzing processes and process changes for greater efficiency.
  • Good Knowledge of Security components like DLP, EDR, Patch Management and maintaining policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company's security team
  • Understanding of Audit process and procedures liaising with yearly IT audits by the concerned Regulators.
  • Good knowledge of managing Servers & Storage Infra
  • Understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model
  • Deep understanding on IP Subnetting
  • Understanding of LAN, WAN terminology, IP packet flow & DHCP packet flow.
  • Knowledge of Static and dynamic routing and Switching Protocols
  • Understanding of networking protocols (e.g., IPSEC, HSRP, BGP, OSPF,)
  • Understanding of TCP/UDP ports and network tools like Wireshark.
  • Must have experience in network operations/support environment.
  • Hands-on experience on network devices i.e. Cisco router and switches and fortinet, paloalto firewall
  • Basic knowledge of Firewall and IP SLA
