Job Responsibilities:
Manage Cloud services: leading and managing cloud initiatives. This role involves
overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud services for our customers,
ensuring they align with business goals and meet high standards of performance,
security, and reliability. The Technical Program Manager coordinates cross-functional
teams, manages project timelines and resources, and acts as a liaison between
technical teams and business stakeholders.
Manage Cloud Operations: You will oversee the daily operations of the cloud
environment, ensuring that the infrastructure is operating smoothly, meeting
performance targets, and delivering on business requirements. You will be responsible
for monitoring the cloud infrastructure and identifying any issues, as well as
implementing solutions to address these issues. You will be Single point of contact for all
escalations within the scope of delivery. You will plan and control all changes.
Responsible for sending P1/P2 Incident notifications as per agreed process, own IR, and
RCA documents.
Service review: you will own periodic review with customers, trend analysis, and
reporting. You will also conduct operations review with team. You will participate in
Customer Service Management Reviews as well internal Management Reviews.
Lead a team: You will manage and lead a team of cloud specialists, providing direction
and guidance to ensure they are working effectively and efficiently. You will be
responsible for setting goals and objectives for the team, conducting performance
evaluations, and ensuring that they are adequately trained to perform their roles.
Ensure Security and compliance: You will be responsible for ensuring that the cloud
environment is secure and complies with industry regulations and standards. You will
work closely with the IT security team to ensure that all security policies and procedures
are being followed and that any security incidents are appropriately addressed.
Develop and Implement Strategies: You will work with other members of the IT team
to develop and implement cloud strategies that support the organization's overall goals
and objectives. This may involve identifying opportunities to optimize the cloud
infrastructure, improve efficiency, and reduce costs
Collaborate with stakeholders: You will collaborate with stakeholders from across the
organization to ensure that the cloud environment is meeting their needs. This may
involve working with business teams to understand their requirements, providing
recommendations on cloud solutions, and ensuring that any changes to the cloud
environment are communicated effectively.
Managing service providers: You may be responsible for managing relationships with
cloud service providers and ensuring that they meet service level agreements.

Stay up to date with industry trends: You will stay up to date with the latest trends and
developments in cloud technology, ensuring that the organization is leveraging the latest
advancements to improve its cloud infrastructure.
Improve service quality: Drive the operation effectively by following & applying the
ITIL, ITSM and industry best practices. You will drive Service Improvement Programs,
Initiate and execute structural improvement and efficiency programs. Ensure appropriate
quality controls and adherence to standards of performance through which Services are
maintained, whether technical, operational, administrative, or management activities and
staff.
About you
Technical skills: The cloud operations lead should have strong technical skills and
expertise in cloud computing and related technologies.
o Experience on managing large scale environment running on Cloud (AWS,
Azure, GCP)
o Azure / AWS / GCP architect / expert certification
o Experience on Cloud automation, DevOps/DevSecOps, IaC, Cloud applucations
and micro services
o Good undestanding of Cloud data , Good undestanding of ML, AI, GenAI
o Ability to lead troubleshooting for issues both known and unknown across
domain
o Proven ability to provide technical recommendations to solve short- and long-
term issues
o Knowledge of information security standards and compliance
o Experience with one or more infrastructure as code tools
Communication skills: should have excellent communication skills, including the ability
to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Leadership skills: should have strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate
and lead a team
Problem solving skills: should have strong problem-solving skills, including the ability
to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Analytical skills: should have strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze
data and make data-driven decisions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹3,800,000.00 per year
