Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications / SkillsProven experience in a leadership role within wealth management operations, with a strong understanding of investment products and financial instrumentsMust have exposure on Global Plus Wealth Management ApplicationUnderstand E2E value chain of wealth operations, i.E., client servicing, client cash operations, asset servicing, trades and reconciliation, fund accounting and taxBachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field;

advanced degree or relevant professional certifications (e.G., CFA, CFP)Should have experience with areas of Wealth Operations such as Reconciliation, Global Trades / Domestic Trades (Trade Capture / Settlements), Asset Servicing, Asset Transition, Statement Processing etc.Must be aware of upstream and downstream flow for each of the processes.Escalation Management, process improvements, process mapping are areas where the individuals should have extensive experience.The candidate should have an exposure to working with technology in terms of providing process knowledge for automation initiatives.In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements relevant to wealth management operations, such as Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Know Your Customer (KYC), and Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulationsFamiliarity with a diverse range of investment strategies, including asset allocation, risk management, and portfolio constructionUnderstanding of wealth planning concepts, including estate planning, tax implications, and retirement planningExperience in implementing and maintaining compliance frameworks within wealth management processesGenpact is an Equal Opportunity Employer and considers applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion or belief, sex, age, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, military/veteran status, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical or mental disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
