A. Business Development/Sales


• Develop business plans in a region specified and ensure that the regional sales plan is aligned with and supports the corporate revenue goal for Arcolab services and product portfolio

• Proactively identifying new business opportunities with new prospects and focusing on Upselling and Cross-Selling with existing customers

• Work with technology partner companies on Identifying clients, playing a crucial role in joint go-to-market opportunities

• Interacting with cross-functional teams to ensure a high-quality and commercially competitive proposals are created

• Development of target lists and strategies for solutions & services.

• Investigate existing products and services and compare them with competitors, suggest measures for improving customer satisfaction and brand building

• Handle Business Development operations and activities

• Be a trusted advisor to customer and build relationships with Customer's C-Level for aligning Customer's vision and outcomes for Arcolab Delivery

• Build, encourage and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders

• Create and present a detailed sales update to management periodically


B. Applicants desired profile

• B.tech/ M.tech/MBA with minimum 6-8 years' experience in Sales/Business Development and Account Management in Technology/ Services organizations

• Strong understanding Life science industry solution landscape and business process needs and ability to propose solutions in collaboration with the team.

• Ability to work professionally and communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.

• Proactive attitude, possessing excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Knowledge of financial concepts (desirable)

• Flexible and open to travel based on business needs
