Roles & Responsibilities:

- Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.
- Optimize the flow of value from generation of ideas to release
- Coach your team(s) to create high-value items, while eliminating or reducing rework, waste in the process, etc.
- Promote transparency on barriers to change, progress, and remove or seek assistance in addressing impediments and opportunities
- Enable your team(s) to practice Professional Scrum and other frameworks/techniques that drive agility
- Cultivate a habit of continuous learning (from prior increments, retrospectives, etc.), continuous experimentation, and continuous improvement to reach a high-performing state
- Coach your team(s) to understand (the why) and practice new ways of working • Serve as internal trainers contributing to the learning and development of one or more team(s)
- Coach Product Owners/Managers with techniques for establishing empirical product planning and maintaining a healthy Product Backlog
- Maintain, share, and promote information radiators that enable inspection and adaptation
- Coach teams to self-organize and facilitate events, as necessary.
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 4+ years of relevant work experience in an agile environment.
- Experience coaching agile methodologies to team and stakeholders.
- Skills and knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment and increasing transparency.
- Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
Skills Required :
- Strong understanding of Agile Scrum principles, software development, and project management. Software development skills are a plus. Excellent communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience:
- Experience with driving adoption of Agile methodologies, processes and tools in a cross-functional organization
- Superior analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience with continuous integration/delivery
- Participation in scaled agile frameworks Skills, Licenses & Certifications
- Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, SSM, or other scrum certification)
- Airline industry experience, including engineering / business processes and supporting technology Skills, Licenses & Certifications.
