Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Manager with a proven track record of driving successful digital marketing campaigns over the past 10+ years. The ideal candidate will be an expert in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels to achieve business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

SEO Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive high-quality website traffic
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, on-page optimization, technical SEO audits, and link building strategies
  • Continuously monitor SEO performance and refine strategies based on data-driven insights

Google Analytics & Search Console Management:

  • Set up, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) using Google Analytics and Google Search Console
  • Provide detailed performance reports and actionable insights based on data analysis
  • Track and optimize user journeys, conversion rates, and website engagement

Content Marketing & Strategy:

  • Collaborate with content creators to develop SEO-friendly, high-quality content for websites, blogs, and other digital channels
  • Ensure that all content aligns with the overall digital marketing strategy and supports SEO objectives
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to attract, engage, and retain target audiences

Paid Campaign Management:

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, social media advertising, and other paid media campaigns to drive targeted traffic and generate leads
  • Create and manage digital marketing budgets to maximize ROI
  • Continuously test and refine paid campaigns based on performance data

Email Marketing & Automation:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, leveraging automation tools to nurture leads and engage clients
  • Track performance metrics and adjust email strategies accordingly
  • Integrate email marketing with other digital channels for a cohesive customer experience

Social Media & Online Presence:

  • Oversee social media strategy and execution to enhance engagement, brand awareness, and thought leadership
  • Ensure a consistent brand voice and message across all digital platforms
  • Collaborate with the social media team to create engaging content and manage online communities

Lead Generation & Conversion:

  • Design and implement digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for the sales team
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure digital campaigns align with business goals and track lead conversions
  • Optimize landing pages, user funnels, and conversion points to improve lead generation and sales


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B and enterprise-level clients
  • Proven expertise in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other advanced SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz)
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, social media advertising, and other paid media platforms
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, email automation, and social media strategies
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Adaptable to new technologies and trends in the digital marketing landscape
