As a technical leader, you will architect and implement scalable solutions, ensuring optimal performance, security, and maintainability.
Key Responsibilities
Architect and develop mobile applications using React Native and Flutter, ensuring code quality and performance optimization.
Implement platform-specific features using Android Native (Java/Kotlin) to enhance app functionality and user experience.
Utilize state management solutions (e.g., Redux, MobX) to maintain app state efficiently.
Support the smooth running of the existing developed mobile app.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, ensuring high availability and scalability.
Understanding of cloud services like AWS.
Drive the technical vision and architecture of mobile applications and backend services, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology trends.
Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce best practices in code quality, security, and performance.
Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Facilitate agile development practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Document technical designs, processes, and best practices for internal use and knowledge sharing.

Basic Requirements
Expertise in React Native, Flutter, and Android Native (Java/Kotlin).
Deep understanding of mobile app architecture, including state management, navigation, and lifecycle management.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of professional experience in mobile and backend development.
Demonstrated experience with large-scale applications and distributed systems.
