Executive - Operation & Administration (Hospital)

Job Description

· Managing administrative functions, coordinating between departments, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

· Implementing and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.

· Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance patient care.

· Developing, monitoring, and managing hospital budgets and financial performance.

· Implementing initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, safety, and the overall quality of care.

· Collaborating with senior leadership on strategic planning and initiatives.

· Analyzing operational data, generating reports, and identifying areas for improvement

· Handling crisis situations and implementing risk mitigation strategies.

· A bachelor's or master's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field is typically required.

· Several years of experience in healthcare management or operations, with a focus on hospital settings, is generally expected.

· Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential.
