The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of development experience and a strong understanding of Workday architecture, with a particular focus on Extend Studio, Prism, and Workday’s API framework. This role will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, HRIS, and technical teams to develop scalable, secure, and compliant Workday applications that support business process automation and data accessibility.Job DescriptionDesign, develop, and deploy custom applications using Workday Extend Studio and other Workday toolsBuild Workday-native solutions to enhance existing modules or solve new business use casesCollaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into Extend application designsIntegrate Extend apps with core Workday objects and external systems using REST APIs, Workday Web Services, and Prism AnalyticsApply Workday's UX guidelines and security frameworks to ensure consistent and compliant application deliverySupport and maintain existing Extend applications, resolve issues, and implement enhancementsContribute to Workday tenant configuration and participate in release testing and validationEnsure technical documentation and knowledge sharing across development and support teamsParticipate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on timeRequirementsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field4–6 years of experience in software development with strong knowledge of Workday Extend, Workday Studio, or Workday integration frameworksExperience with REST APIs, XSLT, XML, and JSONProficient in object-oriented programming and comfortable learning Workday-specific development patternsStrong understanding of Workday data structures, security model, and application lifecycleAbility to work independently and in a team-based, Agile development environmentExcellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindsetPreferred QualificationsExperience with Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Orchestration, or Workday Studio integrationsWorkday certification(s) in Extend or Studio highly preferredBackground in HR systems, workforce analytics, or enterprise application developmentFamiliarity with CI/CD, version control tools, and Workday deployment best practicesWhy Join Pinnacle Group?At Pinnacle Group, you’ll be part of a forward-looking technology team that values innovation, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
