Embedded NPD Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Embedded NPD Engineer to join our innovative team in Manesar. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in embedded systems and a passion for new product development within the automobile or EV (2W) industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of embedded systems for new product initiatives

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications

- Develop, test, and validate embedded software and hardware components

- Implement design changes and improvements based on testing feedback and customer requirements

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

- Document design processes, technical specifications, and test procedures

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for production and field issues

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in embedded systems and automotive technology

Requirements :

- Proven experience in embedded systems design and development

- Strong programming skills in C/C++ and familiarity with microcontroller architectures

- Experience with hardware design, including schematic capture and PCB layout

- Knowledge of automotive protocols (CAN, LIN, etc.) and diagnostic tools

- Familiarity with EV (2W) technologies and standards

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and documentation skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with automotive-grade microcontrollers and development tools

- Knowledge of power electronics and battery management systems

- Familiarity with ISO 26262 and functional safety standards
