About the job:
We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset to work in a new consumer business set-up. The Digital Experience Manager will lead the development and execution of the digital strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across all digital platforms. Responsibilities include optimizing the customer journey, managing social media channels, and leveraging influencer marketing to enhance brand visibility and drive growth. The role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing, user experience, and data-driven strategies to create impactful online interactions.

Role Specification:
1. Digital Customer Journey & Experience Optimization
- Design and map the end-to-end digital customer journey across web, mobile, and other digital touchpoints.
- Identify opportunities to enhance UX/UI, driving improved engagement and conversions.
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to implement best practices for usability and navigation across all platforms.
2. Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across key platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, etc).
- Create engaging content that resonates with the target audience, supports business objectives, and builds brand presence.
- Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, optimizing campaigns for engagement, reach, and conversions.
- Respond to social media comments and messages, fostering community engagement and customer support.
3. Influencer Marketing
- Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers and brand advocates.
- Develop and execute influencer marketing campaigns that align with brand goals, driving awareness and conversions.
- Track and measure the impact of influencer partnerships, ensuring return on investment (ROI) and alignment with overall digital experience strategy.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with product teams, designers, content creators, and developers to ensure the digital experience reflects the brand's values and meets customer expectations.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all digital touchpoints support broader brand campaigns and initiatives.
- Align digital strategies with other marketing channels, ensuring a cohesive customer journey and consistent messaging.
5. Data-Driven Insights & Optimization
- Utilize data analytics tools (Google Analytics, heatmaps, social media insights) to gather customer insights and evaluate digital performance.
- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization methods to continuously improve digital experiences, user interactions, and conversion rates.
- Develop and execute strategies for personalization, ensuring tailored experiences for different customer segments.
6. Campaign Integration & Execution
- Strategize and execute digital campaigns, ensuring they align with overall brand goals and customer needs.
- Manage both organic and paid campaigns on social media, optimizing ad performance and reach.
- Ensure digital campaigns are integrated with broader marketing and promotional efforts.
7. Innovation & Emerging Trends
- Stay updated on the latest digital trends, social media developments, and emerging technologies (AI, chatbots, AR/VR) to enhance the digital experience.
- Experiment with new technologies and platforms to drive digital innovation and stay ahead of competitors.
8. Influencer and User-Generated Content (UGC)
- Develop strategies to encourage and promote user-generated content, integrating it into digital and social media campaigns.
- Leverage influencer partnerships to increase brand credibility and reach, ensuring the content aligns with brand voice and vision.
9. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Set KPIs for digital experience, social media, and influencer marketing initiatives, tracking performance metrics to assess success.
- Report on digital experience performance, providing actionable insights to improve future strategies.
- Monitor competitors’ digital strategies and incorporate relevant learnings into your approach.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or a similar role.
- Proven experience with social media management, influencer marketing, and digital experience optimization.
- Strong knowledge of UX/UI principles and digital customer journey mapping.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaborative projects.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to stay ahead of digital marketing trends and apply innovative solutions. Proven track record in digital marketing with at least 5 years of experience (SEO/SEM, SMO/SMM, Creative Services, Content Marketing, Website/Microsite Creation, etc.).
- Extensive knowledge of Meta and Google Ads Manager, including advanced targeting, bidding strategies, and optimisation techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
