Role Description

We are hiring a
Golang Developer – Distributed Systems
for a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad. You will be responsible for designing and building high-performance, scalable distributed systems that power our Web3 ecosystem. This role involves architecting efficient data flows, building resilient services, and ensuring seamless integration across decentralized networks.

Note: Immediate joiners are highly preferred. 1+ years of experience required

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and maintain distributed system components in Go.
  • Build APIs, messaging systems, and storage layers optimized for scale, latency, and fault tolerance.
  • Collaborate on consensus mechanisms, distributed databases, and event-driven architectures.
  • Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring reliability under high throughput.
  • Write clean, modular, and reusable Go code aligned with best practices.
  • Participate in design reviews, optimizations, and production deployments.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in
    Golang
    , with deep understanding of concurrency, memory management, and performance tuning.
  • Hands-on experience in
    distributed systems design
    —microservices, consensus protocols, event-driven messaging, or peer-to-peer networking.
  • Solid grasp of
    server-side logic
    , API design, and scalable storage/database systems.
  • Familiarity with
    containerization and orchestration
    (Docker and Kubernetes preferred).
  • Knowledge of
    blockchain systems and pub-sub architectures
    is a strong plus.
  • Experience with
    version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows
    .
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
