The ideal candidate will assist in creating, editing, and maintaining technical documents, user manuals, and knowledge base content for internal and external audiences.Key Responsibilities- Create and edit technical documentation, including user guides, process documents, and release notes.- Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to understand product features and translate them into clear documentation.- Maintain consistency in tone, style, and formatting across all materials.- Review and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy and clarity.- Adhere to documentation standards and templates.Required Skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex information.- Basic understanding of software development or IT concepts.- Familiarity with documentation tools like MS Word, Google Docs, Confluence, or Markdown editors.- Willingness to work in a night shift.Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related field.- Prior experience or internship in technical writing is an added advantage
