As a Marketo Analyst at Monotype, you will wear multiple hats – campaign strategist, data wizard, and marketing automation maestro. You will leverage your Marketo expertise to meticulously plan, execute, and analyze marketing campaigns across various channels, driving lead generation, brand awareness, and tangible business impact.

What you’ll be doing:

• Support the end-to-end marketing automation operations including building and editing email templates that meet our branding guidelines using HTML and CSS, campaign flow creation and campaign automation.

• Build and maintain automated workflows, nurture sequences, and landing pages within Marketo.

• Partner seamlessly with cross-functional teams (Business, Marketing, Sales, Content & Creative) to ensure program alignment and achieve shared goals.

• Track key indicators like integration checks, lead flows and data completeness from executed campaigns.

• Monitor recent and evergreen programs to watch for unforeseen overlaps or breaks in the system/flow.

• Stay ahead of the curve by continuously learning and exploring new functionalities and best practices within Marketo.

What we’re looking for:

• 3-5 years of experience with Marketo, with a Marketo Certified Expert (MCE) certification.

• Proficient in HTML and CSS coding.

• Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and analyzing marketing campaigns with a data-driven approach.

• Detailed oriented individual with strong inclination towards quality of work.

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and working cross-functionally • Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

• Keen learner with a passion for staying up to date on the latest Marketo trends and functionalities.

• Experience working in a B2B marketing environment will be preferred.
