Juinagar, MumbaiRoles and responsibilitiesPlaying a leading role and execute engagements by leading Team Leaders ensuring high quality research and technically correct deliverablesIndependently managing Client Service Teams (CST) and maintain long lasting relationships.Identify business opportunities under various engagements and actively contribute to solutions development at a ICoE level.PMO & Operations GovernanceEnsures compliance with risk management requirementsMaintainance, management and utilization of dataUsing technology solutions to drive constant process improvements and efficienciesDrive periodic dashboards that identify deviations in performance from the defined KPIsReview and identify key risks, issues and dependencies and set mitigation actionsManage Operational & Functional Governance meetingsIdentifiy development needs of team and provides coaching, mentoring and stretch assignments to attract, develop and retain our most talented colleagues.Plans and seeks opportunities to allocate team members responsibilities that will enable them to learn new skills that align to their goals.Effectively manage performance review process in line with firm policiesEnsure effective utilization across projects for all team members.Qualification & Skill requirementsQualified CA/LLB/CMA8-10 years of relevant post qualification experience from consulting/industry with exposure to Managed ServicesGood communication and presentation skillsGood Stakeholder & People Management Skills
