Kapittx is founded by two payment industry veterans, Kumar Karpe, ex CEO, Ingenico ePayments India (  and Anand Ramachandran, ex-CFO, Ingenico ePayments India ( 


Role Overview


  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and TestSigma for our AR and B2B Payments platforms
  • Work closely with product team to understand business strategies and translate them into effective QA approaches
  • Create comprehensive test scenarios that address both technical requirements and business objectives
  • Analyze user journeys in Accounts Receivable and B2B payments contexts, considering various stakeholders
  • Provide direct feedback to product team on product quality, user experience, and potential improvements
  • Participate in strategic discussions, contributing your QA expertise to product development decisions
  • Stay ahead of fintech trends, particularly in Accounts Receivable  and B2B payments, to ensure our testing covers future needs


Tech Stack

Your Responsibilities


  • Collaborate closely with our product team to deeply understand the domain, write high-quality code, develop new features, and contribute to our data and AI roadmap.
  • Uphold the quality of our platform, ensuring 100% customer and the user satisfaction.
  • Engage in brainstorming sessions to devise innovative approaches and technical solutions, always keeping our customers and users’ needs at the forefront.
  • Embrace continuous learning, staying abreast of user behaviour, technological advancements, and strategies for scaling a startup into a thriving organization.
  • Be a true team player, fostering collaboration and synergy within our engineering team.


Qualifications


  • 2-3 years of experience in automation testing
  • Strong proficiency in Selenium WebDriver and TestSigma automation frameworks
  • Experience with Java or Python for Selenium scripting
  • Basic understanding of financial processes, particularly in accounts receivables and B2B payments
  • Experience with API testing and version control systems (e.g., Git)
