Alcor Solutions is seeking to hire a highly skilled and experienced Python Developer to join our dynamic Product Development team. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable and reliable backend systems on cloud platforms, with a focus on AWS cloud.


The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Python programming, adept at leveraging Python libraries and adhering to syntactic rules for developing standardized code. Familiarity with pipeline deployment and version control utilizing GIT is highly valued. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that drive our product's success.


As part of our established and dynamic development team, the candidate will collaborate closely with both clients and onsite team members.


Must-Have


  • Ability to comprehend business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Proficient in Python with a clear understanding of Python libraries and coding conventions.
  • Expertise in popular Python frameworks such as Django and Django Rest Framework (DRF).
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and frontend integration using Angular and React.js.
  • Thorough understanding of backend development, APIs, and microservices.
  • Knowledge of Python's core principles and familiarity with frameworks like Flask, Django, and Fast API.
  • Understanding of newer specifications and trends in microservice architecture within the Python ecosystem.
  • Experience with data structure libraries and object-oriented programming concepts.
  • Proficiency in AWS Cloud integrations with Python and lambda functions.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related build pipelines and tools.
  • Experience in developing backend architectures with seamless frontend integration.
  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Tokens (JWT).
  • Demonstrated experience in deploying applications on AWS cloud and comprehensive knowledge of AWS cloud services.
  • Experience in leading projects from inception to production deployment.


Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in cloud backend development, with a strong focus on AWS cloud services.
  • Proficiency in Python programming language and relevant frameworks (e.g., Flask, Django, FastAPI).
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing microservices-based architectures on cloud platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform).
  • Strong database management skills, including relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Experience with frontend integration and API design for web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Angular, React.js, Vue.js).
  • Solid understanding of security principles and best practices for cloud-based applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
